I've been using Mass Gainz twice a day for the last 8 weeks and I have gained 43 pounds in that time period. I'm working out 5x a week and taking a shake after workout and one more before bed. I've tried lots of protein mixes over the years but nothing has worked like this- and the reason I keep going back to this one is the awesome taste- I'm serious, if you are reading this you must try this.
